In order to guarantee quality care and, taking into account the right that all people have to present petitions, complaints, claims, suggestions and/or denunciations, we ask that they be generated in a respectful way. Likewise, we detail below what each of these requests means:

Request for information related to the provision of our services
- Complaint
Statement in which GuruSoft is informed of the improper conduct by its executives, in the exercise of their position
- Claim
It is the opposition or contrariety that is brought to the attention of GuruSoft, with the aim of reviewing and evaluating any act related to deficiencies in the provision of services
- Inquiry
Request for clarification of a concept of GuruSoft, on a case or matter within its competence
- Suggestion
Proposal or recommendation to improve GuruSoft’s functions, processes, services, goals, and objectives
- Complaint
Manifestation by which GuruSoft is informed of those possibly irregular behaviors on the part of its executives, related to the overreach of functions, making decisions prohibited in the exercise of their position or the direct interest of a decision taken. Includes acts of corruption
